Donna's Classes

Donna Kantak has been a resident of the Dunwoody/ Sandy Springs area for many years and a is a long-time enthusiastic participant in many classes at the Spruill Center including jewelry making, glass bead making, acrylic painting, and, most recently, mosaics. As a beginner in the area of mosaics she discovered she not only enjoyed but had a knack for decorating boxes and containers of all shapes and sizes using a wide assortment of materials like tiles, stained glass, beads, charms, temperered glass, chain, wire, and even repurposed jewelry! Over time the box projects have continued to change and diversify as she has experimented with different types of containers, methods and materials and now she would like to share the creative world of small mosaic boxes with others through the Small Mosaic Box Workshop at the Spruill Center.
