This is a class for those seeking to explore new subject matters that surprise, challenge, and thrill viewers. It focuses on the steps to take to come up with innovative subjects as well as the use of striking reinforcing techniques. Participants will be drawing and sketching and then creating an oil or acrylic painting. Instructor will work individually with each student to draw out students' individual style and strengthening their knowledge of painting techniques. Both beginner and the experienced students will enjoy escaping traditional approaches to choosing and developing painting subjects.
