Periwinkle Yogi, Joyanna, or Joy is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher through the YTT Collective with three years of practicing experience, she is also a Reiki Master through Joiful Yoga. She prefers to teach a slower style of yoga that allows participants to safely transition from any pose and feel the alignment at any point; if you feel like something is not for you, you are welcome to pull out of the pose and try a different modification. This class requires no experience, a resealable water bottle, and a yoga mat. If you do not have your own, Joyanna will have a limited amount available for a $5 equipment charge, payable to the instructor at the beginning of class, first come first serve.
