KNITTING 101 - DIVE DEEPER
Take your knitting to the next level by taking a deeper dive into knitting techniques and terminology. In this class, we will explore:
--How to read yarn labels
-- Gauge swatching for better garment fit. Class will require that students make a 6X6" blocked swatch to be ready for class. There will be math!
-- Understand which needles are right for which project
--How to use Ravelry
--Understanding hand-dyed yarns vs. commercially dyed yarns
--Reading and understanding knitting patterns
All discussion materials included, students will need to bring a 6X6" swatch that you knit and block before class.
