Come take a deep dive into color using enamels on base metals and steel. We'll go over when to solder what when, sifting, wet packing and liquid enamels. The use of steel as a strong, light and economical material for your jewelry designs versus copper or brass as well as proper metal preparation for each metal. Students will complete several pieces and learn how to create their own library of techniques and colors. There will be a supply fee of $25 to cover all materials payable to instructor. Students will be notified by email before class for any additional tools or materials.
