Students will learn some basic beading on leather as well as how to add found objects. Do you have an odd shaped item, plastic Legos, small toy animals, fabric bits and bobs? Contrast is one of the best jewelry design concepts to use to create unique and original work. This is an opportunity to investigate using what you have with a few new items. We will cover Stamping, texturing, and connecting metal shapes as well as layering different items from other mediums. Students will learn finishing techniques to produce earrings, pendants or bracelets.
