Learn the ancient technique of fusing fine silver rings, and weaving them together to make stunning chains. In just 4 sessions, you will learn how to use a basic acetylene/ air torch to fuse links that can be used to create a variety of classic chain designs. This is a repetitive process that doesn't require too many tools. It can be very meditative, and also addictive! This would be a great class for jewelers, lamp-workers, PMC artists, or anyone who wants to add the elegance and value of a handmade chain to their jewelry work. Basic torch skills are highly recommended. Your understanding of what the torch can do will deepen as you practice on multiple bracelet length samples.
