Come get comfortable with and discover what the Smith little-torch (acetylene/ oxygen) can do for your jewelry designs. Although not a standard soldering torch for silver, the high heat mini-torch allows us to achieve fun effects by melting sheet and wire and strategic soldering options. Students will learn oxy/fuel torch basics and safety, as well as utilize these new techniques to create a necklace. This class is limited to 8 students. Materials are included in the Materials Kit Fee of approx. $20.00 PAYABLE TO THE INSTRUCTOR at the time of the workshop.
