INTRODUCTION TO COPIC MARKERS & TECHNIQUES

This is a class for adults and teens 13 and up. Here you will learn to use both copic alcohol markers and alcohol inks. The instructor will provide a demonstration, step-by-step directions, and will circulate and offer one-on-one help while you work. In this class, the goal is for you to be gently introduced to the world of markers and alcohol inks. You will have a chance to use alcohol inks on plastic paper, canvas, and one ceramic item. Gentle constructive criticism will help you grow as an artist and art viewer. The instructor will provide either live flowers or a photo for the subject matter. All the supplies will be provided for you for a Material Fee of $30 except for your own respirator mask (payments accepted are cash, check (made out to the instructor), and Zelle). “Supply List available on www.spruillarts.org.”
