ALL ABOUT PASTELS
Pastels are an amazing medium for painters, especially for those that love bright vibrant colors.
This versatile medium is ideal for beginners because it allows for total tactile control with the ability to easily make corrections. In this workshop, participants will learn and experiment with traditional soft pastels and pan-pastels. Participants will produce during this two-day workshop one finished large and several small practice pieces in a relaxed environment with plenty of one-on-one instruction. The class will include group demonstrations and encourage students to explore their unique areas of interest. Also, it will strengthen their command of color theory and composition. All supplies provided by instructor.
