Join instructor Pat Lillie and learn how to create unique metal clay settings for NON FIREABLE irregular and natural shaped gemstones. We will be covering clay requirements and different construction techniques to allow you to set your gems after firing in their own one of a kind settings. Also covered will be firing methods, finishing techniques and setting of your stones. PREREQUISITE: One quarter of ALL Metal Clay classes. A Materials fee of $20.00 is PAYABLE TO THE INSTRUCTOR at the first session. It DOES NOT include metal clay, stones, or fine silver if needed for additional settings during the semester.
