Start your week with some relaxing, fun studio time using any media: Oil, watercolor, acrylics, pastels, mixed media. Any level and style is fine; it’s up to you. The instructor will help you compose and paint whatever you want. Sometimes there will be props on a table for you to paint or you can use your own photos or drawings. There will be a short demo using different media each week and a short critique for each painter. You can have fun discovering ways to make your paintings interesting and beautiful. An emphasis on color theory and composition will help you paint successful works of art. Each person will get help with their projects in an encouraging, learning atmosphere. Bring your painting supplies and ideas to the first class. A $5 material fee made PAYABLE TO THE INSTRUCTOR will cover props such as fresh flowers, fruit, etc.
