Yoga with Lainey
Lainey is a passionate 200 hr RYT who creates thoughtful, accessible classes that invite students to connect with their breath, body, and community. With a background in vinyasa and yin, her teaching blends mindful movement and creative sequencing, exploring movement meditation and personal expression. When she’s not in the studio, Lainey loves hiking, reading, and cuddling with her two cats. This class requires no experience, a resealable water bottle, and a yoga mat. See you on your mat!
