In this workshop, instructor Karen Portaleo will teach you how to make Modeling Chocolate, and how to sculpt with it. We will learn to color our chocolate, how to sculpt small "cake toppers", and how to make chocolate roses. We will learn how to make small armatures, and how to sculpt over rice krispie treats to reduce weight (and save money!). What could be better than sculpting with chocolate?
