Why pay to have your pants or skirts hemmed when you can easily do it yourself?  Instructor, Sharon Weiss, started making her own clothes from age 11, including tailored jackets, skirts and even her own her wedding dress! In this workshop, she will demonstrate hand-sewing techniques so you can begin mending or altering your own garments at home. NOTE: You will need to bring your garments that need to be hemmed, are missing buttons or require mending, as well as thread that matches each garment.
