UV RESIN - FLOWERS!
Come have fun and discover the magic and creative possibilities of UV resin. Durable and versatile clear UV resin can create magical mini-worlds for jewelry, mixed media art and other decorative and functional objects. Pigments and various materials/objects are suspended within silicone molds using multi-layer pours and manipulation, utilizing transparency, translucency, and opacity. Students will complete up to 3 pieces, which can be pendants and/or earrings. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED and all materials and jewelry findings are included in the class cost. We will be working on a small scale with tweezers, so bring any optical assistance/glasses if needed. Also, we will wear nitrile gloves and clean-up with isopropyl alcohol.
