During this 4-week course instructor David Liss demonstrates how to make a wooden bowl approximately 12" or less in diameter. You will learn how to mount the wooden blank to lathe, shaping and hollowing the wood for a bowl, as well as sanding and finishing. By the end of the course you will have a beautiful finished bowl. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS No open shirts, long sleeve shirts, gloves or shorts Closed toed shoes are required Long hair must be pulled back N95 masks to be worn during turning and sanding Full face shields to be worn when operating machinery
